Vevek paul, founder of The Great Indian Film Festival, conceived Cinemaddicts9 (C9) in 2016 with the vision of producing good quality media content for various platforms and telling brand stories of Independent clients.

He has produced many award winning documentaries and entertaining shows on National Geographic such as “Science of Stupid” which is hosted by Manish Paul & Animals Gone wild with Jaaved Jaffrey.

His past collaborations as a producer for short films like ‘Black Briefcase’ and ‘Banjar’ have earned him awards and critical acclaim at film festivals such as ‘Vancouver International South Asian Film Festival’ and ‘Gujarat International Film Festival’ including various others worldwide.

Cinemaddicts9’s music videos have released on popular channels like T series , Zee music and we have collaborated with artists from India and UK for the same.

As a producer, vevek looks for new opportunities and collaborations with filmmakers and storytellers to create content that is meaningful as well as visually innovative and entertaining.

The success of Vevek’s Micro short mobile film at a festival in Vancouver encouraged me to start a film festival of my own. This is how the The Great Indian Film Festival was conceptualised. The Great Indian Film Festivals is an initiative to provide a global platform to the young as well as experienced filmmakers to have their short films and stories reach the cinematically inclined audience while promoting cross-viewership and exchange of creative ideas. TGIFF has received great films from all over the world and the screenings will be done in PVR Mumbai in 2021.

A Bachelor in Commerce from the Delhi University and MBA Finance from ICFAI Hyderabad , Vevek Paul also a consultant to Financial Sketchers a successful financial services company, with offices in Noida ,Dubai,Kenya and London . A Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table(MDRT), which is the Premier Association of Financial Consultants.

features. The young and dynamic team brings the experience from different fields and media, to give each idea – big or small –its rightful due.

Vevek through his production company Cinemaddicts9 have also collaborated with some great talents & have produced songs like Harjai starring Indias popular,Anchor & Actor Maniesh paul along with Romanian beauty ilulia vantur and Munde Town De in which the collaboration was with UK based Punjabi singer PBN. Vevek during the Lockdown & Pandemic have worked closely with Delhi Police and Haryana Police to produce and direct a song with a social message "HM SAB EK HAIN" an impactful song with social message given by artists from all walks of life such as HARBHAJAN SINGH (cricketer) , Ronit Roy (actor), Harpal Singh Sokhi (celebrity chef) AND Amit Tandon (stand up comedian).
